Warmleads is built and operated by Onenept Studios, in partnership with MailerPeak, who together act as the data controller for the information described below.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and chosen skill/occupation. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

We also collect usage data such as pages visited, leads unlocked, and payment history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Warmleads service
• To tailor lead scoring and recommendations to your skill
• To process payments via Paystack
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
• To improve our lead database and scoring algorithms

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Paystack — payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) — email enrichment fallback (no personal data is sent to Claude beyond business context)
• Vercel — hosting

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Access your data via your account page
• Update your email and skill at any time
• Request deletion of your account by emailing support@warmleads.app

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and theme preferences. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
