Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Warmleads ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Warmleads provides a database of pre-scored business leads. Users can search leads and unlock a business's verified contact (email, WhatsApp, or phone) plus its top need using credits. Website links are always free.

Warmleads is built and operated by Onenept Studios, in partnership with MailerPeak (together, "we", "us", or the "Operator").

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated

4. Plans and Payments

• Access is plan-based: Lifetime (a one-time payment, limited to the first 1,000 seats) or Monthly (a recurring subscription). There are no credits or per-contact charges.
• Payments are processed by Paystack (in Nigerian Naira) or Stripe (card, in USD). Each plan has a fixed price in each currency; the amount charged depends on the payment method you choose.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• A paid plan includes unlimited contact reveals. If a technical issue prevents access, contact support for resolution.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute lead data from the platform
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Attempt to access admin features or other users' accounts
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

6. Data & Intellectual Property Ownership

The Service — including its lead database, business scores, need assessments, enrichment results, search results, aggregated insights, all other data created, generated, or derived on or by the platform, together with the software, models, designs, and branding — is and remains the exclusive property of Onenept Studios and its partner MailerPeak, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All such platform-created and platform-derived data is owned solely by the Operator.

You retain ownership of the information you submit to operate your account (such as your email and chosen skill). By using the Service, you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and use that information to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active paid plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the contact details you reveal for your own legitimate, lawful outreach. You may not scrape, copy, export in bulk, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative databases from the Service or any platform-created data, whether revealed to you or not.

We may collect and use aggregated and de-identified data derived from use of the Service for any purpose, including to operate, analyze, and improve the Service and our models. Where the Service uses third-party AI providers, no personal data beyond business context is sent to them.

7. Lead Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date business information. However, we do not guarantee that all contact details, scores, or business information are current or error-free. Leads are refreshed periodically.

8. Affiliate Program

• Affiliates earn 50% commission on referred sales
• Self-referrals are not permitted
• We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Lifetime access holders retain their access unless terminated for abuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

Warmleads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from outreach campaigns.
